Wine description
The first single varietal of Cabernet Sauvignon from Pago de Cirsus, special edition and limited production, bears the signature of the winemaker Jean-Marc Sauboua himself. A year of exceptional weather characteristics allowed a slow and complete maturation, which allows this Cabernet to be so unique, well mature, with a polyphenol structure and a balanced and silky mouth.
