Villa Conchi Brut Selection in individual case. Perfect to give as a gift!

Is a Cava made with classic Catalan grapes trinomial for a Cava: with 30% Xare Lo, other 30% Parellada and, competing the assembly, 30% Macabeo and 10% Chardonnay. All the wines with a definite purpose: the first contributes wine body, the second acidity and lightness, the third fruit and Chardonnay adds its elegance.

The harvest was done at night to let the grapes enter the wine cellar fresh. The ageing period with its lees in the bottle reached 15 months.

The bright straw colour, with a perfect string of bubbles visually anticipates the elegance that the nose and mouth perceives with its memories of fine lees, dried herbs, slightly floral, with a medium and elegant body.
