Eldoze es un vino tinto que destaca por su color rubí intenso y lleno de vida, con aromas complejos de frutos rojos de la uva Syrah, con sutiles matices de roble y un paladar agradable y suave con abundantes taninos.

Lo más significativo es el terruño, marcado por uno de los suelos más antiguos de Europa, cuyo origen se remonta a hace más de 2,5 millones de años. El Xisto Rojo es una forma de sedimentación compuesta de cantos disgregados de cuarcitas y pizarras, muy rica en minerales.

Clos d’en Ferran plot soil is rich in Devonian iron slate. It is the oldest rock we can find in the DOQ Priorat (400 Million years). This rock contains a lot of quartz or other mineral and a covering of oxides that give it a reddish or yellowish appearance.

The main color is near black or blue. It is a north oriented plot. Grapes maturity arrives slowly. Aromas of iron, cherries and berries are found in the wines that come from this plot. Their main characteristic is finesse and elegance.
