100% Verdejo de viñedo viejo, de la parte alta y pedregosa de La Seca (pueblo), en concreto 2 parcelas de viñedo específicas – parcelas #22 y #66. El mosto se macera en frío con las pieles durante ocho horas a 7º C, potenciando los aromas característicos del Verdejo. Fermentación tiene lugar a 14-16ºC, lo que ayuda a mantener e intensificar el sabor único de la variedad. Posteriormente, el vino se mantiene en contacto con el lías finas para reforzar su estructura aportando ácidos grasos y más amplios y glicerina como sensaciones en el paladar.
