Wine description
The Gran Sello range was created in 2010 to translate 20 years of passion for wines that offer the best of Tempranillo and other main Spanish grape varieties. Drawing on the experience of 12 winemakers from seven of Spain’s main wine regions, Gran Sello encompasses the best of the Iberian Peninsula. Their wines show the expression of the soil and the climate, mixing fruit aromas with intent, highlighting the elegance and concentration of the fresh and well-balanced flavors. The Gran Sello vineyards are located southeast of Madrid.
At an altitude of more than 737 meters above sea level, this region has a cooler climate than the rest of Central Spain, which allows us to produce fresher wines. The Gran Sello family of wines has a common base: at least 70% of the blends are composed of Spanish grape varieties.
Notas de cata y Maridaje
- Colour Color limón pálido con reflejos metálicos.
- Aromas Rico y floral en nariz, recuerda a flores estivales, piel de manzana, melocotón y nueces tostadas.
- Palate Amplio, fresco y con un rico sabor. Su complejidad se equilibra perfectamente con la acidez afrutada y un largo final de manzanas verdes horneadas pero aún vivas y un toque mineral.
- Food pairing Todo tipo de marisco, pescado asado, todo tipo de verduras, ensaladas y gran variedad de tapas.
