Wine description
Alútiz Las Raíces, made with Tempranillo from their own vineyards located in Samaniego. With 3 years in French oak barrels and 1 more year in the bottle, the nose highlights the ripe fruit with balsamic and spicy touches. A lot of sensation of fruit in the mouth, like a good carbonic maceration, with a balanced acidity.

- Colour Intense cherry color with a purple rim.
- Aromas Lots of fruit and clean aromas. Medium-high aromatic intensity. Notes of fresh red and black fruit, with some lactic nuances; I remember strawberry/cream caramel.
- Palate Fleshy entry, showing a somewhat astringent tannin. A lot of sensation of fruit, like a good carbonic maceration, with a balanced acidity.
- Food pairing This wine pairs well with all kinds of meats, semi-cured cheeses and game dishes.
