Wine description
Everest represents the desire of José Antonio Martínez, father of today’s oenologists, to reach the top, when in 2001 he decided to start making this wine with a clear philosophy, a single vineyard for a unique wine. Everest is born from “La Choza”, a plot of Tempranillo planted in 1965 on an upper terrace in Baños de Ebro. Aging for 14 months in new French oak barrels that ensures a lively and highly expressive wine. A red born to improve with greatness over time.
